Summary
This report concerns an Interinstitutional Agreement on cooperation in budgetary matters. The amendments focus on Common Foreign and Security Policy expenditure charged to the general budget under Article 41 TEU, the structure of the CFSP budget chapter into articles and items including separate items for missions and emergency measures, the High Representative/Vice-President consulting the European Parliament on a forward-looking document, CSDP missions, and information to the budgetary authority.
