This report concerns an Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on cooperation in budgetary matters and sound financial management. The amendments address the Emergency Aid Reserve for third countries, the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund, a reserve for crises in the agricultural sector, information of Parliament on CFSP and negotiations, and the annual sharing of administrative expenditure.
