Summary

This dossier concerns ship inspection and survey organisations in connection with the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the Union. The amendment provides that the Commission, together with the authorising Member State(s), shall regularly assess recognised organisations at least every two years to verify they meet their obligations and the minimum criteria, referencing Directive 2009/15/EC.
