Summary

Legislative dossier establishing the European Defence Fund for 2021-2027. Several amendments propose rejecting the Commission proposal, while others reshape the Fund's aim of strengthening the EU defence industrial and technological base, exclude funding for lethal autonomous weapon systems lacking human control, support research on disruptive technologies, and revise eligibility rules on cross-border cooperation between legal entities, control by non-associated third countries, prototype-phase funding and joint procurement.

13 roll-call votes

In plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
