Summary
A proposed regulation establishing the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) for 2021-2027. The amendments set minimum shares of Member States' ESF+ resources under shared management for social inclusion, child poverty and material deprivation, tie funding to the European Pillar of Social Rights, country-specific recommendations and the European Semester, promote gender budgeting and equality between women and men, and support employment for youth, the long-term unemployed and inactive people.
