Summary

This dossier concerns fisheries control. The amendments address control and enforcement under the common fisheries policy, including the European Fisheries Control Agency, the landing obligation, treatment of small-scale and recreational fisheries, charter vessels, catches taken in scientific research, electronic reporting and monitoring, training of fisheries inspectors, and cooperation with third countries against illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.
