Summary
This dossier concerns the conservation of fishery resources through a catch documentation programme for bluefin tuna (Thunnus thynnus). Amendments transpose ICCAT recommendations into a Community catch documentation programme to identify the origin of bluefin tuna, define landing, trade, import, export and re-export, require validated catch documents, address farming, caging and harvesting, a possible CITES listing, and delegated acts under Article 290 TFEU to update the annexes.
