Summary
This is an interim report on the 2021-2027 multiannual financial framework setting out Parliament's position on EU external action appropriations. The amendments dispute whether to abolish, maintain or increase external-action funding, address the Neighbourhood, Development and International Cooperation Instrument, the European Development Fund, gender budgeting, defence-cluster expenditure under Article 41(2) TEU, and migration-linked allocations.
