Summary

This dossier is an interim report on the proposal for a mid-term revision of the Multiannual Financial Framework 2021-2027. The amendments address the MFF being overtaken by events, Russia's war of aggression against Ukraine, inflation and the 2% deflator on 2018 prices, payment and commitment appropriations as a share of GNI, outstanding commitments, EURI debt, horizontal principles on climate, biodiversity and gender equality, and new own resources.
