Summary
This dossier concerns the 2015-2016 annual reports on subsidiarity and proportionality. The amendments address reasoned opinions submitted by national parliaments under the subsidiarity control mechanism, the Task Force on Subsidiarity, Proportionality and 'Doing Less More Efficiently', the Better Regulation package and REFIT Platform, impact assessments reviewed by the Regulatory Scrutiny Board, retrospective evaluations and 'evaluate first', and the Interinstitutional Agreement on Better Law-Making.
