Summary
Own-initiative report on a space strategy for Europe. Amendments address the security and defence dimension of space-based technologies, their vulnerability to interference, cyber attacks, space debris and offensive space-weapons research, support for EU launch systems and autonomy, concern over cooperation with Russia on Galileo and Copernicus, cooperation with the European Space Agency, NATO, the United States and India, dual-use systems, and a UN Code of Conduct for Outer Space Activities.
