Summary
This interinstitutional-agreement dossier concerns the agreement on better law-making. The amendments assess the new Interinstitutional Agreement on better law-making tools such as impact assessments, public and stakeholder consultations and evaluations, the Regulatory Scrutiny Board, multiannual and annual interinstitutional programming, subsidiarity checks, the 'cost of non-Europe' and an Annual Burden Survey, while raising concerns about delegated acts and effects on co-legislators.
