Environmental reporting: procedural rules

This dossier concerns environmental reporting and procedural rules. The amendments, citing the Treaty and the seventh environment action programme, address the repeal or amendment of obsolete environmental reporting acts, reporting on the basis of Commission questionnaires or plans adopted through implementing acts, the conferral and duration of delegated powers on the Commission, consultation of Member State experts, electronic transmission of three-year reports, and confidentiality of information.
