Summary
This legislative dossier concerns whether nationals of Kosovo are subject to or exempt from a visa requirement. Amendments include calls by the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Parliament to reject the Commission proposal, and revisions conditioning visa liberalisation on the Commission's assessment that Kosovo has strictly met the requirements of its roadmap, including ratification of the border demarcation agreement.
