This dossier concerns the list of third countries whose nationals are subject to or exempt from a visa requirement, as regards Ukraine. Amendments and the Committee on Foreign Affairs call for rejecting the Commission proposal, state that Ukraine does not fulfil the criteria for visa exemption when travelling to EU Member States, invoke earlier visa exemptions for the West Balkan countries, and call for securing the external borders.
