Summary
This dossier concerns jurisdiction, applicable law and the recognition and enforcement of decisions in matters of property consequences of registered partnerships. The amendments, several of which delete provisions, address the relationship with prior bilateral and multilateral conventions between participating and non-participating Member States, the definition of Member States participating in the enhanced cooperation, and jurisdiction based on the location of immoveable property of the partners.
