Summary

A consent procedure concerning the accession of Russia to the Hague Convention of 1980 on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The amendment provides that the Member States of the European Union shall simultaneously deposit, within a set deadline, a declaration of acceptance of the accession of the Russian Federation to that Convention.
