Report on the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution under the EU/Cape Verde Fisheries Partnership Agreement. Amendments welcome the new protocol's sustainability measures under the Common Fisheries Policy, reference recommendations of the International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas and the STECF, and express concern over shark by-catch, including blue shark and shortfin mako, and reporting requirements for vessels.
