Summary
A report on amending budget 3/2015 concerning the surplus from the financial year 2014. The substantive amendment regrets a tendency in the Council not to honour commitments to countries in need eligible for the European Union Solidarity Fund by taking money from existing programmes rather than mobilising the additional resources foreseen for special instruments; the remaining listed amendments do not affect the English version.
