Summary

This dossier concerns the mobilisation of the EU Solidarity Fund for flooding in 2010. The amendments call for the Commission to monitor that Member States use the assistance exclusively to mitigate flood damage in the affected regions, and address the budgetary handling of the additional commitments and payments and the possibility of reallocating appropriations.
