Legislative dossier (recast) on protecting against the effects of the extra-territorial application of legislation adopted by a third country. The amendments address the obligation of professional secrecy for confidential information, Commission implementing acts authorising compliance where non-compliance would seriously damage protected interests, assistance by a Committee on Extra-territorial Legislation, and the conferral of delegated powers on the Commission.
