Implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon with respect to the European Parliament

Own-initiative report on implementation of the Treaty of Lisbon with respect to the European Parliament. Amendments address Parliament's enhanced legislative powers and the codecision procedure, the Common Commercial Policy, delegated and implementing acts under Articles 290 and 291 TFEU, international agreements, the role of national parliaments, the Framework Agreement with the Commission and the Charter of Fundamental Rights.
