Summary

This dossier concerns the Multiannual financial framework 2007-2013 and expenditure requirements resulting from the accession of Croatia. The amendments address the eight-week period for national parliaments, the delay in the Council's agreement and the availability of funding for Croatia from 1 July 2013, the revision of the 2013 payment ceilings by EUR 374 million, the offsetting of commitment appropriations, the Accession Treaty and the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006.
