Summary
The dossier concerns an integrated parcel delivery market for the growth of e-commerce in the EU. Amendments revise paragraphs on workers' driving, resting and working hours and health and safety, training, outsourcing and subcontracting and evasion of remuneration requirements, minimum wage and equal pay, monitoring by Member States, consumer confidence and tracking, delivery options such as relay points and parcel kiosks, and coverage of rural and remote areas.
