Summary
A report on the Court of Auditors' Special Report 5/2012 on the Common External Relations Information System (CRIS). The amendments address data integrity between CRIS and the Commission's accrual-based accounting system ABAC and avoiding duplication, updating CRIS functionality to provide aggregated information on beneficiary countries, policy areas and financial instruments, insufficient data integrity and system security including personal data protection, and a standard mechanism to limit users' access rights.
