Summary
This dossier concerns conservation of fishery resources through technical measures in the Baltic Sea, the Belts and the Sound, aligning the Regulation with the TFEU and the Commission's delegated and implementing powers. The few amendments delegate powers to the Commission under Article 290 TFEU to amend rules on the construction and technical specifications of certain fishing gears reflecting selectivity and new technical knowledge, and delete certain articles of the Regulation.
