Common fisheries policy (CFP): restrictions to the access to Union waters
Regulation on the Common Fisheries Policy concerning restrictions to the access to Union waters. The amendments propose amending Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 1380/2013 to reflect the consequences of the withdrawal of the United Kingdom and recent evolutions of the Union fleet, and revise the tabled access provisions for France, Germany and Belgium along the Belgian/French frontier.
