Production and marketing of honey: pollen in honey; aligning the Directive with the TFEU (Commission delegated and implementing powers)

Legislative dossier amending the honey Directive on the status of pollen in honey and aligning it with the TFEU regarding delegated and implementing powers. Amendments address whether pollen is a natural constituent or an ingredient, labelling of genetically modified pollen in honey following the Court of Justice judgment in case C-442/09, coexistence measures, exemption of honey from ingredient-list requirements, country-of-origin labelling, and references to Regulation 1169/2011 and Directive 2001/18.
