Fishing in the North-East Atlantic: specific conditions for fishing for deep-sea stocks, provisions for fishing in international waters

A regulation on fishing in the North-East Atlantic for deep-sea stocks and in international waters. The amendments concern protection of vulnerable marine ecosystems from bottom fishing gears, fishing authorisations and capacity, impact assessments, fishing effort and catch limits, an obligation to land all catches, sanctions for non-compliance, and reference UN General Assembly and FAO resolutions.
