Summary
Discharge decision on the 2010 performance, financial management and control of EU agencies. Amendments address the growth in the number and budgets of decentralised agencies, Union contributions, consolidated funding information for the discharge authority, carryovers and cancellations of appropriations, the Court of Auditors' planned cost-benchmarking special report, and calls for zero-based budgeting and improved internal planning.
