Financial management and control of European agencies

This own-initiative report concerns financial management and control of European agencies. The amendments address the European Court of Auditors' audits of decentralised, executive and other agencies, the lack of a legal definition of an agency, weaknesses in recruitment and procurement, the Staff Regulations, assigned revenue and budget transparency, activity-based budgeting and management, evaluation of agencies' performance, disciplinary procedures, and the inter-institutional working group on regulatory agencies.
