Summary
This dossier is the annual report on human rights in the world and the EU's policy on the matter. The amendments invoke UN and Council human-rights instruments, freedom of religion or belief, human rights defenders, women, children and people in extreme poverty, and call for consistent, exemplary EU external action and enforcement of human-rights clauses and conditionality in partnership agreements with third countries.
