Summary

Decision concerning the accession of Armenia to the 1980 Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. The amendment provides that the Member States of the European Union shall simultaneously deposit a declaration of acceptance of Armenia's accession to the Convention by a set deadline.
