Proposed regulation on the network for the collection of accountancy data on the incomes and business operation of agricultural holdings, including Commission delegated and implementing powers. Amendments revise provisions on the use of the data for Commission reports on agriculture and markets and on crisis prevention, the definition and list of divisions per Member State, and the tasks of the liaison agency forwarding farm returns.
