Summary
The dossier sets the rules for participation in and dissemination under the Horizon 2020 framework programme for research and innovation. The amendments revise eligibility of legal entities, restrict participation linked to breaches of international law or offshore tax centres, ethical assessment of security research, eligible personnel and direct costs, independent experts, and open access, exploitation and dissemination of results and data.
