European Research Infrastructure Consortium ERIC: legal framework

A proposed legal framework for a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC). The amendments rework provisions defining research infrastructure and the tasks of a European Research Infrastructure, its non-economic basis and limited economic activities, the minimum number of Member State members and participation of third countries and intergovernmental organisations, the statutory seat and naming, the application procedure to the Commission, co-funding from Cohesion Policy instruments, and an anti-discrimination policy.
