This dossier concerns the single common organisation of the markets in agricultural products under the common agricultural policy (CAP). The amendments insert policy-coherence-for-development provisions invoking Article 208 TFEU, restrict export refunds to developing, LDC and ACP countries, and address sugar contracts, fruit and vegetables, fair-trade products, customs duties, public intervention, delegated and implementing acts, and market-disturbance measures.
