Summary
This proposal concerns Structural Funds and increased payments for certain Member States. Amendments revise recitals on the global financial crisis and on increasing interim payments from the Structural Funds and the Cohesion Fund by ten percentage points above the co-financing rate for Member States receiving financial assistance. Others reference Greece, Hungary, Latvia and Romania, the European Investment Bank, and limiting the mechanism until the end of 2013.
