Summary
An amendment of Parliament's Rules of Procedure (Rules 106 and 192 and Annex XVII) on hearings of Commissioners-designate. Amendments address the President-elect reporting on the college and portfolios, the role of committee Chairs and coordinators in organising hearings, the duration of hearings and possible second hearings, opening statements, grouping of questions, and in-camera evaluation meetings.
