Framework agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the Commission: revision

A revision of the framework agreement on relations between the European Parliament and the Commission. The few amendments reference the Treaty of Lisbon placing Parliament on an equal footing with the Council in the ordinary legislative procedure and budgetary matters, a regular dialogue between the Presidents of the Commission and Parliament, information to be provided on Commission meetings with experts and interested parties, and the interpretation of 'international conferences'.
