European Parliament/Council of the European Union/European Commission Agreement: mandatory transparency register
An interinstitutional agreement between Parliament, Council and Commission on a mandatory transparency register. The amendments address interest representation and lobbying, the COVID pandemic's effect on interactions, an independent ethics body with investigative and sanctioning powers, Article 295 TFEU, the Conference on the Future of Europe, the Council's change from observer to formal party, and transparency of the President of the European Council's meetings with interest representatives.

Plenary votes
8 roll-call votesIn plenary, Parliament usually votes in steps: first on amendments to the text (sometimes split into parts, so Members can accept one half of a sentence and reject the other), then on the text as a whole. The “main vote” is the one that adopts or rejects the text itself. Each vote below shows exactly which step it was. How voting works →
