Summary
An own-initiative report on precarious women workers. The amendments stress women's over-representation in precarious employment and its link to the gender pay gap and poverty, call for inclusion in social security and employment protection, childcare and carers' networks and the Barcelona targets, pension coverage for part-time workers, education and training, trade union participation and codetermination, and reference Directive 2006/54/EC and the EU 2020 Strategy.
