Summary
A proposal on financial rules applicable to the general budget of the Union (Financial Regulation). Amendments cover inclusion of revenue and expenditure in the budget, transparency on recipients of funds, conflicts of interest of financial actors, budget implementation by Commission departments, Union Delegations and the EEAS, shared management with Member States, pre-financing, trust funds, exclusion rules including money laundering, risk of error and the role of the Court of Auditors.
