Social security: coordination of social security systems and implementation

Proposed regulation on the coordination and implementation of social security systems. Amendments insert provisions defining aircrew members' applicable legislation by reference to the 'home base' concept under the civil aviation regulation, introduce special provisions for wholly unemployed self-employed frontier workers where no self-employed unemployment benefit system exists in the State of residence, address persons normally pursuing activity in two or more Member States, marginal activities, transitional provisions, and survivors' pensions.
