Summary

A resolution on the revision of the European Labour Authority mandate. The amendments concern free movement of workers and fair labour mobility, cross-border enforcement of labour and social-security rights, coordination of social-security systems and a social-security number, and ELA's limited operational potential due to the voluntary nature of Member State cooperation, including possible use of digital tools and AI.
