Summary
The dossier is the European Investment Bank (EIB) annual report 2008. Amendments revise recitals and paragraphs on the EIB's lending including to SMEs, energy efficiency and climate change, operations outside the EU and development cooperation, transparency and tax governance of global loans and offshore financial centres, the Audit Committee, the JASPERS and JESSICA programmes, and reduced investments in Asia, Latin America and ACP countries.
