This is the annual report for 2022 on control of the financial activities of the European Investment Bank. The amendments describe the EIB Group and its priorities in climate, innovation, skills, SMEs, infrastructure and cohesion; address alignment with the Paris Agreement, the Just Transition Mechanism and InvestEU, lending to less-developed regions, support for defence, dual-use and digital sectors, transparency and governance, and investment gaps versus the United States.
