Facing oil challenges

This own-initiative report concerns facing oil challenges. The amendments call for a common European energy supply and security policy and Treaty basis, greater diversification of energy sources and supply routes, address energy nationalism, oil price volatility, security of supply, the Arctic as an oil-producing region, the EU's rising dependence on oil imports, and alternative energy for small businesses.
