Financial aspects of the Reform Treaty

Own-initiative report on the financial aspects of the Reform Treaty. The amendments address the budgetary procedure and financing under the Lisbon Treaty, including the CFSP and CSDP, own resources, narrow margins under budget headings and flexibility mechanisms, coordination of Member States' budgetary strategies, and the Multiannual Financial Framework becoming a legally binding act setting expenditure ceilings; several amendments are deletions.
