Summary

Amendments to the European Parliament's Rules of Procedure adapting them to the Treaty of Lisbon. The amendments revise rules on Question Time and written questions to the Council, Commission and others, interparliamentary cooperation and relations with national parliaments including COSAC, the delegation of legislative powers, examination of subsidiarity and proportionality, Treaty-revision procedures, the Members' Statute, and the role of the Bureau and Vice-Presidents.
